Prices on our website are shown without VAT (TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI). No VAT is charged at checkout.
Will you apply VAT to my order?
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking link.
If you do not receive this email, please contact us at contact@kiliacci.com.
If you need to change your shipping address before dispatch, contact us immediately at contact@kiliacci.com.
Once the order has been shipped, you may be able to request an address change directly with the carrier (FedEx or UPS) if the new address is in the same country as the original.
Can I edit the shipping address on my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order (e.g., a size change), please contact us as soon as possible at contact@kiliacci.com.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Carriers generally make up to three delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, shipping fees and any related customs costs will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
What happens if delivery fails?

Delivery times do not include order preparation. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to customs procedures, public holidays, or high-demand periods.
Customs duties and import taxes (for non-EU countries) are the responsibility of the customer. Refusal to pay these fees will result in the cancellation of the order, with shipping and customs costs deducted from your refund.
How long does order dispatch usually take?
We usually process and dispatch orders within 2–5 business days after payment.
You will receive an email update as soon as your order is shipped, which will include a tracking link. Please note that during busy periods (such as seasonal sales or promotions), dispatch may take longer.
I’m a non-EU customer, do your prices include import duties?
No. Shipments outside the EU are sent DAP (Delivered At Place). This means the customer is responsible for paying any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon delivery.
I need help, something is wrong with my order
If you haven’t received what you ordered or have any issues with your purchase, please contact us at contact@kiliacci.com, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
RETURNS
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Are returns free?
No, they’re not, unless otherwise notified.
If you choose your own method to send items back to us, you will select the shipping service you prefer.
If you want us to arrange the return shipment and create a shipping label, we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Return import duties
For returns outside the EU, any import duties will be deducted from your refund.
